About Us
Greg Glueck, owner and chef, was raised in the Columbus area, trained at the Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, and gained experience at the New Moon Restaurant in Bangor, Maine and at Carol's at Cat Spring.
Top Shelf Catering was created by Greg Glueck in the Spring of 2006. Just recently married, he and his new wife Samantha, are proud to work side by side while cooking up new dreams for their exciting future in cuisine.
